In the lobby of the Ternopil regional state administration opened a special exhibition on the occasion of the 125th anniversary of the birth of Patriarch Josyf Slipyj. The exhibition consists of 40 copies, original blocks which have about a hundred units. In particular, this brand allow you to trace all the ways in which Joseph was held after the conclusion of the Blind. There will be exhibition about two weeks. Part in its opening was attended by the Chairman of the Ternopil regional state administration Stepan Barna. According to him, the figure of Joseph the Blind is extremely extraordinary for Ternopil region. After all, this man, who was not only a priest, Confessor, cardinal, but a patriot of the Ukrainian people. "Joseph Blind was the head of the Ukrainian Church in a difficult period, and although it did not last long, however, for his service was exiled for 18 years in a concentration camp. In the same year marks the 125th birthday of Cardinal Josyf Slipyj at the initiative of the deputies of the Ternopil Nicholas Lushnja and Igor B we note that at the national level.
