In the Volyn oblast Prosecutor's office has secured the return of the Lyceum unnecessarily occupied space
the Decision of economic court of Volyn region satisfied the claim of Deputy Prosecutor of the Volyn region, filed in the interests of the Ministry of education and science of Ukraine and Manevychi vocational school to GP "cheremsky nature reserve", the release and return of venture at the school premises in the educational building ¹ 2 with total area of 66,7 sq. m. and cost 113 thousand UAH. Prosecutors'found that since 2002, violating the requirements of the current legislation, the company used part of the premises for the purposes of the Lyceum, floor’connected with the educational process, without any legal basis. The administration of Manevychi vocational school repeatedly appealed to users with the requirement to vacate their premises, but this requirement is not upheld. In the situation interfered with the Prosecutor's office and in court, prosecutors secured the release space and return it to school.
