After discussions and proposals the MPs recommended that the Department of Finance and budget to amend the budget by providing 750 thousand hryvnias for partial repayment of the debt to LLC “Teplo-Energo-Center”. Also considered the issue of establishing Supervisory boards in public enterprises of Lutsk. According to the head of energy saving Constantine Patrakeev, in accordance with the requirements of the Economic Code of Ukraine provides for the establishment of certain criteria for the utilities, where will be created the Supervisory boards. In particular, it is proposed to establish Supervisory boards in enterprises with authorised capital of more than 3 million, a staff of 180 employees and more, and the total value of monetary assets during the past fiscal year, more than 10 million UAH. Under these criteria fall within the largest municipal enterprises of our city - SCE "Lutskteplo", "Lutskvodokanal", "Lutsk enterprise of elektrotransport" and "Latexrecommended".The composition of the Supervisory Board should include independent experts, representatives of the deputies, the members of the Executive Committee of the city Council. The law provides that the composition, abundance, authority and all rules of procedure of the Supervisory Board will be determined by the city Council.
