In the Rivne region condemned the head of the Department of the hospital,who received 2400 UAH of illegal benefit
Agreeing with the position of the Prosecutor of the Rovno area, the court convicted the head of the trauma Department of one of the municipal health institutions in the region in the Commission of crimes of corruption. At the stage of pre-trial investigation the Prosecutor concluded with the suspect agreement on recognition of guilt of a criminal offense under part 1 St. 368 criminal code of Ukraine (receiving improper benefits). It is proved that the officer received from the patient 2400 UAH for the issuance of the last construction, installation and direction necessary to undergo further medical-social-expert Committee with the aim of obtaining a disability group. The Prosecutor's office and the Main Directorate of the National police in the Rivne region exposed the illegal activities in March 2017 during the transfer the doctor the second part of illegal benefit, which is withdrawn during carrying out investigative actions. According to the verdict of the court approved the agreement on recognition of guilt, officials of medical establishments found guilty of the crimes charged and he was sentenced to a fine in the amount of 1,500 non-taxable minimum incomes of citizens (that is 25 500 UAH) with deprivation of the right to hold the positions connected with organizationally-administrative and is administrative-economic functions in medical institutions for a period of 3 years.
