Employees of the investigative Department of Prosecutor's office of Transcarpathian region together with employees of Department of fight against corruption and USBU organized crime in the region (ABCOP) exposed while getting 400 dollars of illegal benefit physician of Khust district hospital and medico-social expert Commission (MSEK) (part 3 of article 368 of the criminal code of Ukraine). As pre-installed these funds medic demanded and received the decision on the provision of information about the group nvest. Now the issue about the announcement of a doctor suspected of committing a criminal offense under part 3 St. 368 criminal code of Ukraine – receipt of unlawful benefit by an official. However, checked the involvement of other health care workers of the institution by the Commission of the said offense. Reference: sanction of this article provides responsibility in the form of deprivation of liberty for a term up to 10 years.
