Migration service recently not issue invitations to foreigners to obtain Ukrainian visa. Such changes are defined by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine from 01.03.2017 ¹ 118 "On approval of Rules of registration of visas to entry into Ukraine and transit through its territory".
