in order to properly honoring the memory of the victims of the shooting of prisoners from the Lutsk prison on 23 June 1941, the city Council Secretary, acting mayor Igor Polishchuk has signed a decree according to which June 23, 2017 will start at 10.40 mournful procession from Holy Trinity Cathedral to the Castle square with the participation of representatives of enterprises, institutions and organizations of the city. At 11.00 flowers will be laid at the memorials, places of execution on the Castle square and memorial service for the victims. In a sign of mourning for the victims of the shooting in the Lutsk prison on 23 June 2017, provided prispuschennye the national flag of Ukraine with black ribbon on administrative buildings of city Council and the city public utilities, state enterprises, institutions and organizations. In markets, institutions trade and public catering will be limited to the conduct of razvlekatelno-concert actions and sounding music.
