Chairman of the Zhytomyr regional state administration Igor Gundich signed a Memorandum of cooperation with the Ukrainian public organization "Guild of engineers on technical supervision over construction of objects of architecture". The signing took place on June 21 in Zhytomyr. "The growth rate of construction last year amounted to 180%. This year we plan to take only multi-family housing more than 300 thousand sq. m. Respectively, this requires technical supervision. We need good experts and professionals who have helped us. Then nobody can accuse any of us as customers, nor those who carry them out, of abuse, of saving on materials, etc.," said Igor Gundich. The Chairman of regional state administration expressed hope that the signing of the Memorandum will give an opportunity for all objects that are and will be built in the area, proper monitoring and proper technical supervision. According to the Memorandum, the parties should undertake joint activities to promote the professional activities of technical supervision engineers at engineering supervision in the construction, development and implementation of mechanisms for training and conducting professional certification of engineers, to exchange necessary information.
