However, the problem is not just that. The company still has nearly 253 million debt to the city, and through that suffering and condominiums, and strategic utility. I have hope that in the near future at session of the Verkhovna Rada will be submitted a draft decision on amendments to the budget of Ukraine, and let not completely, but most of the debt will be repaid. Now it is summer time, the enterprise may carry out works on replacement of pipelines, but because of lack of funds the work is worth it. We are forced to subsidize "Lutskteplo" from the local budget, but it decreases the development budget which can be spent on capital repairs of roads. We try to do everything in order to get out of this situation. For example, in Zaporozhye with 800 + thousand people a debt almost the same as we have in the city with 200-thousand population. – What are the priorities to be guided?
