Chernivtsi: the Employee of the Department of education,who was detained when receiving a bribe,extended the suspension until 17 July
Shevchenkivskyi district court has extended until July 17 the deadline for the dismissal of the head of the group of centralized economic servicing of Department of education of the city Council Sergei K., who suggested the suspicion in receiving a bribe. According to information from register of court decisions, on March 15 the accused received illegal benefit in the amount of 50 thousand UAH. The judgement says that the suspect promised to the applicant to assist in obtaining tenders for carrying out current and capital repairs of schools and kindergartens Chernivtsi. For their unlawful assistance, he demanded remuneration from the applicant in the amount of 230 thousand UAH. The court suspect Sergei K. changed the measure of restraint – released from custody on bail in the amount of 80 thousand hryvnia.
