At the opening of the new premises of the regional Directorate of the state Treasury service of Ukraine in Podvolochisk waited about 9 years, namely 2008. Now thanks to the solidarity of the regional authorities and United territorial communities which have allocated from their budgets funds, successfully managed to complete all the work. Therefore, especially for the opening of the Treasury invited the Chairman of the State Treasury service of Ukraine Tetiana sliuz, head of the Ternopil regional state administration Stepan Barna and the Chairman of the Ternopil regional Council Victor Ovcharuk. As said Tatiana sliuz, bodies of the Treasury service designed to implement the important financial functions of the state. Therefore, the creation of appropriate working conditions for all local authorities is necessary for the proper efficient execution of Treasury service of their powers, because they influence almost all spheres of the country. "Before the officials of the Treasury were in the room Pidvolochysk district Council, and there is not always comfortable. And, finally, there must be appropriate conditions not only for treasurers, but also for customers. Now, in connection with the opening of the new premises, these conditions will be," said Tatiana slyuzov. In fact, to new premises was made possible by the decentralization reform. As the newly formed community has received significant financial support for local projects. "One of the goals of decentralization reform is to bring services to the citizens. That is why it was important for us to open the new premises of the regional Directorate of the state Treasury service possible to help communities Pidvolochysk district in terms of their financial policies, implement joint projects with public authorities and local self-government. I think that the opening of the renovated Treasury offices in the region will only strengthen the steps that we will implement in the framework of the decentralization strategy in parallel with the security services. In particular, we are talking about the creation of this year about ten of the local police stations, and also plan to open five fire stations", – said Stepan Barna. However, as said the Chairman of the Ternopil regional Council Victor Ovcharuk, now treasurers Podvolochisk district have the opportunity in the best possible conditions to perform their duties and to ensure the highest quality and comfort for the clients serviced in the district.
