In Chernihiv suffered at work will receive a Spa treatment under the new order
a Resolution of the Board of Fund of social insurance against 24.05.2017 year No. 33 Procedure for reimbursement of expenses for services of sanatorium – resort establishments at the choice of victims due to an accident at work and occupational diseases. Now injured due to an accident at work or occupational disease, which according to the conclusion of MSEK have the right on SANATORNO – resort treatment, can choose freely sanatorium – resort institutions located on the territory of Ukraine, according to medical indications in the treatment profile. For registration and for obtaining permits-victims (or designees) submit to the working bodies of the Fund the following documents: - a statement in the prescribed form (specify the name of the Spa facilities and its location); - the conclusion of the Commission on needs of the victim in sanatorium – resort treatment; - medical certificate of the medical institution according to the form ¹070/; - the individual program of rehabilitation (if any); copy of the passport of the victim and the person accompanying the victim (if such a need determined by the Commission MSEK). On the basis of these documents the working body of the Fund negotiates with sanatorium-resort institution making the victim on SANATORNO – resort treatment and enters into a tripartite agreement (the resort, the victim, the Fund). Limit the amount of expenses per one victim for the current year for reimbursement of the cost of a bed day Spa treatment for cashless transfer of funds sanatorium institutions, which have signed relevant agreements, approved by the Board of the Fund. Working bodies of the Fund will pay the costs of transportation to the sanatorium – resort establishments and back to the victim in accordance with the travel documents (tickets, receipts for bedding and Luggage). If the victim has the right to free travel in accordance with current legislation, the reimbursement is subject to benefits. In case of non-victims the right to sanatorium treatment in connection with the failure to provide the permit, the permit cost is not kompensiruet.
