on June 23, the day the state service of Ukraine the Prosecutor's office of Transcarpathia conducted a training seminar on the theme: “peculiarities of organization of the state service in the Prosecutor's office in terms of legislative changes”. At the invitation of the Prosecutor of the Transcarpathian region Volodymyr Havryliuk came teachers of the National prosecution Academy of Ukraine and representatives of the interregional Department of the National Agency for civil Affairs in the Lviv and Zakarpattya oblasts, National Academy of prosecution of Ukraine. The event was attended by the heads of local Prosecutor's offices, their first deputies and deputies, civil servants of the staff of the regional Prosecutor's office and local Prosecutor's offices. Opening the workshop, the Prosecutor of Zakarpatska oblast Vladimir Gavrilyuk, congratulated civil servants on their professional holiday. He stressed that the professionalism and dedication of every public servant-is the key to building a strong independent state, ensuring efficient and stable activities of public authorities. “I am Sure that your activities, which is based on the principles of respect for the rule of law, high level of professionalism and integrity, will provide an opportunity to implement positive changes in the Prosecutor's office. Consequently, the chief of Department of preparation and improvement of qualification of civil servants of the prosecution National prosecution Academy of Ukraine, candidate of legal Sciences, associate Professor Natalia Nault told the audience about the amendments to the law on the state service of Ukraine, the legal status of the head of the state service of the local Prosecutor's office, and the rules of business communication public servant and Prosecutor. Senior lecturer of the Department of training and advanced training of civil servants of the prosecution National prosecution Academy of Ukraine, candidate of legal Sciences Anatoly Gorzow elaborated on the theme of disciplinary responsibility of civil servants of the prosecution. On the order of holding competition for vacant positions of public service and appointment to the position of the participants of the seminar learned from Deputy head of interregional Department of the National Agency for civil Affairs in the Lviv and Transcarpathian regions Nikolay Trofimenko. Head of Department of work with personnel of the Prosecutor of the Transcarpathian region Lyudmila Ganger touched on the topic of the moral basis of the activity of civil servants of the prosecution, and the Prosecutor of Department of work with personnel of the Prosecutor of the region Natalia Erdik told about the order of conducting and storage of private Affairs of civil servants and urgent question design and leave records.
