The Prosecutor's office has taken steps to recover from the developer of funds of share participation in infrastructure development of the city of Vinnitsa
the Prosecutor's office of Vinnytsia region the state of paying developers in budget share participation in infrastructure development of the city of Vinnitsa. It is established that one of the developers in 2013 the Vinnytsia city Council signed a contract for payment of funds in the development of engineering-transport and social infrastructure. In violation of the law of Ukraine «On regulation of urban development” and the terms of the contract the developer tools share contribution to the city budget is not listed at the same time the room is built and operated for commercial purposes. The Prosecutor's office before it's revealed in the lawsuit in the interests of the Vinnytsia city Council to the developer for recovery of debt under the contract on the payment of cash in the development of engineering-transport and social infrastructure in the amount of UAH 301 thousand, and caused by undue performance of obligations’commitments of losses in the amount of 344 thousand UAH.
