Peregusna local Prosecutor's office filed a lawsuit in the interests of the state in the face of the village Council to restore the violation of state interests regarding the possession, use and disposal of land, implementation of appropriate control over protection and use of land resources, and the exercise of powers on realization of state policy in the sphere of regulation of land relations. As head Beregovskoy the local Prosecutor's office Vladimir Zhilkin, in the course of studying the information on the compliance requirements of land legislation in one of village councils of Vynohradiv district, violation of the citizens of the village of the requirements of the Land code of Ukraine with the use of the land. In particular, after decision by the village Council on the transfer of land use, the defendant has not produced technical documentation and have not signed the lease, and further implemented the use of the relevant land without legal justification, willfully altering boundary marks and carry out the relevant land contamination waste from business activities. Thus, Respondent is using the land plots with a total area of over 13 hectares and funds are not paid, than have caused to the rural budget damage amounting to more than 1 million 500 thousand UAH.
