Vinnicchina: the Prosecutor's office initiated criminal proceedings on the fact of illegal alienation of lands of water Fund
the Prosecutor's office of Vinnytsia region studied the issue of legality of use of lands of water Fund. It is established that on the basis of decisions Luco-meleshkivs'ka village Council two individuals to private property for conducting a personal farm two plots of land with a total area of 1,4928 ha. However, s’found that on the specified land is a pond, river and coastal protection strips. According to article 59 of the Land code of Ukraine to private ownership can only be closed natural water bodies with a total area of 3 hectares. Article 61 of the Land code of Ukraine also found that in coastal protective strips along rivers and around water bodies it is prohibited to gardening, horticulture and cultivation of the land, except for soil preparation for zalozenia and afforestation. On the specified fact the Prosecutor's office of area began criminal proceedings on signs of the criminal offense under part 2 St. 364 criminal code of Ukraine. We also collect materials before’phenomenon of lawsuits for annulment of documents of title to the land.
