In this regard, systematically measures concerning the return of communal property illegally transferred in rent of premises of educational institutions. In particular, Hosansky Department of Zdolbuniv the local Prosecutor's office found that officials of the village Council in violation of applicable law concluded with a physical person-entrepreneur lease of premises of preschool educational institutions in the sec.Tomakhiv for purposes not connected with educational process that is violation of requirements of article 63 of the Law of Ukraine "On education". With a view to preventing the violation by bodies of Prosecutor's office of Rivne oblast instituted in the commercial court of Rivne region the statement of claim with the requirement to return to communal ownership of the premises $ 66 thousand. During consideration of the claim in the economic court of Rivne region by the defendants voluntarily terminated the disputed contract of lease and return of the premises to an educational institution, so the court made a decision to cease production. Thus, thanks to the intervention of bodies of Prosecutor's office of Rivne region returned from the illegal lease of the premises of the educational institution cost 66 thousand UAH.
