Military and under’approaching native village, has not chosen safe speed of movement and s’went into the ditch. Car turned over, his 42-year-old passenger were killed. Now the driver is accused of committing a criminal offense under part 2 of article 286 of the criminal code of Ukraine. Soon he will appear before the court, which will determine his punishment.
