the Prosecutor's office of Volyn region in cooperation with the Office of the SBU in the Volyn region gathered evidence for the prosecution the 28-year-old Lucania in the distribution of materials with systematic calls for the violent seizure of state power in Ukraine (the criminal offense provided h. h. 1,2 art. 109 of the criminal code of Ukraine). Young man using a computer’uterine equipment and mobile communications’connection, registered electronic page under network aliases on social networks, including of Russian origin, and promoted the idea of armed resolve of the authorities and of the seizure of administrative buildings of regional and local public institutions in different cities of Ukraine. During a search at the place of residence of the attacker, investigators and operatives of the security services seized a computer’computer equipment and mobile devices with evidence of the implementation of anti-Ukrainian activities. Indictment against a man who sincerely repented their actions, is directed to court for consideration in essence.
