Chernihiv: the Deputies amended the Rules of the city Council 7 convocation

At the plenary session of the 21st session of the Chernihiv city Council deputies have made changes to the Rules of the Chernihiv city Council 7 convocation. The changes relate to part 7 article 38 of the Rules of the Chernihiv city Council 7 convocation, which now has the following wording: "Voting papers are issued to deputies of members of the counting Commission in accordance with the list of deputies for the presentation of the Deputy identity of the passport of the citizen of Ukraine or another identity document in accordance with applicable law. Receiving the newsletter is confirmed by the personal signature of the Deputy." Vladislav Atroshenko: - If the member was elected, it is the primary, as voted for by the community. And for the fact that the MP does not have at his Deputy's identity, and has, for example, a passport or other photo ID, we cannot by Regulation limit the effect of the Law of Ukraine on the fact that he voters have trusted to represent their interests.
