In Vinnytsia region Prosecutor's office due to the taken measures, the developer paid funds equity

However, in violation of the law of Ukraine «On regulation of urban development” and the terms of the agreement, the funds share contribution to the city budget not timely paid, at the same time the room is built and operated as a hotel-restaurant “Aristocracy”. The Prosecutor's office before it's revealed in the lawsuit in the interests of the Vinnytsia city Council to the developer for recovery of debt under the contract on the payment of cash in the development of engineering-transport and social infrastructure in the amount of UAH 301 thousand, and caused by undue performance of obligations’commitments of losses in the amount of 344 thousand UAH.
