For the six months of 2017 to the Executive bodies of the city Council received 3342. Among them: oral – 237 (namely: personal methods of leadership of the city Council – 206, on the phone – 31), written – 2768, e-mail 304 (of whom 218 entered into the category of "Electronic petitions"). Through the authorities did – 1021 references. Among them: the government of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine – 879, Chernivtsi regional administration and Chernivtsi regional Council – 126, from the Prosecutor's office of the city and region -16.
