Chernivtsi: Obtaining information from the State register of rights to immovable property and registry of ownership rights to immovable property,State register of mortgages,the unified register of prohibitions of alienation of immovable property
Information from the State register of the rights provided in paper (by reference to the Center of administrative services) or electronic form (through the web portal of the Ministry of justice), have the same legal force and contain a reference to the State register of rights. Information from the State register of rights in a paper form available on sheets of A4 paper without the use of special forms, affixing signature and seal of the administrator. For providing information from the State register of rights shall be paid an administrative fee: – receive information in paper form in the amount of 0.025 % of the subsistence minimum for able-bodied persons (UAH 40); – information in electronic form in the amount of 0.0125 % of the subsistence minimum for able-bodied persons (UAH 20). In paper form information from the State register of rights is available at the request of the person who wishes to receive such information, or his authorized representative by applying in the Center of providing administrative services. In electronic form information available to users who have registered on the official web-portal of the Ministry of justice using the electronic digital signature or other alternative means of identification, including electronic identification system “Bank ID”. To register on the official web-portal of the Ministry of justice by the user must contain data about surname, name and patronymic, registration number of taxpayer card, series and number of passport of citizen of Ukraine (for Ukrainian citizen, who through his religious convictions refuse to accept registration number of taxpayer card, notified the relevant Supervisory authority and has a mark in the passport of the citizen of Ukraine). If the user is a natural person, who acts in the interests of a legal person, additionally contain information on the full name of the legal entity, its identification code according to EDRPOU. Providing information from the State register of rights in electronic form is carried out after payment of an administrative fee for the provision of such information via the Internet using payment systems. Information from the State register of rights contains the actual date and time of its provision of information on registered proprietary rights to immovable property and their encumbrances, existing, as well as information from the Registry of ownership rights to real property, Unified register of prohibitions of alienation of immovable property and State register of mortgages, which is an archived part of the State register of the rights, or information about absence of registered rights to immovable property and their encumbrances. Information from the State register of rights at the request of the person who receives such information, may contain, in addition to information about the registered proprietary rights to immovable property and their encumbrances, the information about the origin, transfer and termination of ownership and other real rights on immovable property and encumbrance of such rights in relation to the requested subject or object of immovable property, as well as on changes in corresponding records of the State register and the registers in chronological order. Find information on registered proprietary rights to immovable property and their encumbrance by the following identifiers: 1) subject to the law: identification data of physical person (citizen of Ukraine, foreigner, stateless person): – surname, name and patronymic (at presence); – registration number of the payer of taxes; – series and number of passport of citizen of Ukraine (for Ukrainian citizen, who through his religious convictions refuse to accept registration number of taxpayer card, notified the relevant Supervisory authority and has a mark in the passport of the citizen of Ukraine). Registration number of taxpayer card, series and number of passport of citizen of Ukraine are not required to specify during the search by the identification data of physical person (citizen of Ukraine, foreigner, stateless person); identification data for legal entities (resident and nonresident): – name of the legal entity; – identification code according to EDRPOU; 2) for immovable property: for the registration number of the immovable property; the address of the immovable property; for the cadastral number of the land plot.
