In the Vinnytsia region for unauthorized water use will have to answer to the law
Nemirovsky local Prosecutor's office in Vinnytsia region launched a pre-trial investigation in criminal proceedings under part 2 of article 240 of the criminal code of Ukraine on the fact of unauthorized water use GP "Lisinopril". It is established that the enterprise 27.11.2015 at 27.12.2015 was carried out unauthorized water use, namely: groundwater extraction from water wells (Belenko and Kochurko intakes), resulting in the state suffered damage. Reference: part 2 of article 240 of the criminal code of Ukraine - violation of rules of protection or use of mineral resources provides for punishment by a fine of from four hundred to seven hundred untaxed minimum incomes, or restraint of liberty for a term up to three years, or imprisonment for the same term.
