Pre-trial investigation established that the chief accountant of one of the state enterprises of the region, being the official face of the company, acting intentionally, contrary to the interests of the service and for the purpose of illegal enrichment by abuse of official position, has possession of funds of the company for which he worked. In particular, an accountant with no legal grounds, and relevant original documents (signed contract, invoice, invoices, acts of performed works for the provision of services, works) in the period 2013-2016 made 110 transactions on the transfer of funds of the state enterprise for total amount of 1 million 285 thousand UAH on account belonging to his father. Money accountant in the future removed from the account and used for own needs.
