In the Zhytomyr region more than 7300 participants of ATO received permission to land
In the Zhytomyr region since the introduction of the initiative on securing land plots of members of ATU and family members of fallen soldiers (July 2014). the soldiers received 7370 permits for development of land management documentation for land allocation the total area of 7302 ha. About it reports a press-service GU of Derzeitiger in the Zhytomyr region. According to information, the greatest number of permits for development of land management documentation, the participants of ATO received in the Zhytomyr region – 1847 permission for plots with a total area of over 597 hectares. Directly to the Main office to Derzeitiger in Zhytomyr region during this period, the ATO participants provided 5301 permission to develop land management projects on land acquisition. After the procedure the military will receive the land plots with a total area of more than 6674 hectare. Of state lands military personnel get the sites primarily for private farming – 3421 plot with an area of 6,477 hectares. Still 1876 plots of 197 hectares for private gardening as well as 4 plots of 0.4 ha for individual country construction. Reference: The provision of land plots for the ATO participants is carried out in the procedure established by article 118 of the Land code of Ukraine, provided that such a citizen has not exercised its right to receive the property of the land plot corresponding purpose and provided a document certifying his participation in the ATO.
