This was announced by Deputy Chairman of the Ternopil regional state administration Yuriy Eureka during a press conference regarding the state of destination and for obtaining grants in the field. According to him, the number of families who needed to reassign grants for the summer period from may 2017 was more than 218 thousand. Now, as of June 30, 2017, subsidies for housing and communal services receives 192 341 household, including 180 192 family carried out the remapping for the next summer period and 14 700 denied a reappointment for a variety of reasons. As of June 30 treated more than 80% of cases. Most of the reallocated grants in Ternopil – 90%, 87% Budgetcom area, 84% in Terebovlia district, 89% in Husyatyn district and 87% in the Zbaraz area. The lowest rates in the Monastery area – 46% and in the Kremenets district – 60%. "As of 30 June all providers of housing and communal services spent about unused subsidies. Thus, local management of social protection of population provided information on the return to budget roughly 514 million 438 thousand UAH. However, at present the local departments of social protection of the population and the enterprises-producers of services, gas and electricity work is underway in preparation for the monetization of part of the unused amount of subsidies and measures are being taken to feed the citizens on the payment of cash by saving service, equivalent to 100 cubic meters of natural gas and 150 kilowatts of electric energy", – said Yuri Yurik. However, he added that the region's statements in relation to the settlement of a portion of unused grants requested 13 720. While the number of grantees that are included in the lists of companies-providers, whose accounts have remained unused part of the subsidy is more than 130 thousand persons, from them by power supply 97, for gas supply 129 987 thousand people. The estimated amount to be paid is 143 million 719 thousand UAH. Of them for power supply – 16 million UAH. for gas – 143 thousand 703 thousand UAH.
