For the procedural management of Prosecutor's office of Dubno local 30-year-old resident of Dubno reported about suspicion in Commission of criminal offenses under part 3 of article 187, part 3 of article 152 of the criminal code of Ukraine (assault with intent to seize someone else's property, connected with violence dangerous for life or health of the person attacked, with penetration into the dwelling, and rape of a minor). On the basis of the already collected evidence, it is previously established that on 17 June 2017 dubinchin busted through a window in one of the apartments in the settlement of Dubno for the purpose of robbery. At that time, the room was only a minor girl, which the man, intimidated, raped, and afterwards disappeared, taking someone else's property, namely a laptop and a mobile phone. Adopted urgent measures militiamen managed to establish and detain the malefactor. Dubensky 03.07.2017 city court granted pre-trial investigation body and the suspect elected a measure of restraint in the form of detention for a period of 2 months without the right of bail. Currently, the investigators of the police procedural management of Prosecutor's office carry out the necessary investigations for the purpose of sending the indictment to the court. For committing these crimes, are punished with imprisonment for the term from 7 till 12 years with confiscation of property.
