In particular, recently, in the Ternopil press club held a press conference on the theme "Implementation of the national mechanism of cooperation for combating human trafficking in Ternopil region". In conversation took part the head of the Department of family and youth of Ternopil regional state administration Igor Black, head of Department of fight against crimes connected with human trafficking GUNP in Ternopil region Alexandr Bunyak and program coordinator "TMGC "revival of the nation" Marina Pasechnik. As have informed in time a press-conferences the chief of the division of family and youth of Ternopil regional state administration Igor Black, in 2016 on the implementation of the State social program of counteraction to trafficking in Ternopil region was accepted and approved by the regional program of counteraction to trafficking in human beings for the period until 2020. For the implementation of this program in the regional budget includes 320 thousand hryvnia. In this case, the head of the Ternopil regional state administration from March 11, 2016 No. 132-od "About the regional program coordinating Council on family, gender equality, prevention of family violence and countering human trafficking" was created and the coordination Council. Also, according to Igor Black, to support and training in 2016 were held special trainings for employees responsible for carrying out the procedure of establishing the status of persons who suffered from human trafficking. Also developed training modules for students of the centre who shall exercise powers in the sphere of combating human trafficking. And at courses of improvement of qualification of pedagogical workers included a special course on prevention of and prevention of trafficking. In addition, the embedded program of educational work with pupils of secondary and vocational-technical schools on combating human trafficking "Personal dignity. The safety of life. Citizenship." At the same time, as noted by Igor Black, for 2012-1016 years in the field of 14 persons the status of victims of trafficking. In 2017 have already received 7 calls from victims of human trafficking. "Persons who have been granted this status, are provided free receive psychological, medical, legal, social assistance, and employment assistance, retraining and advanced training. Most of the persons who received the status of a person who suffered from human trafficking received free assistance in the rehabilitation center of IOM (international organization for migration – ed) in Kyiv", – said Igor Black. Also, as he pointed out, in cooperation with Ternopil city women's club "revival of the nation", provided 11 individuals financial assistance in purchasing the tools for self-employment. And 2 for victims of trafficking, for the protection and safety was made the payment of rental housing. In medical institutions the same persons who suffered from human trafficking, provide free medical care. In the area there are also 2 public institutions for the stay of victims of trafficking, namely: the center of social-psychological help "the Family" and center for social and psychological rehabilitation of children of service for children of Ternopil regional state administration. Also carried out awareness-raising work among all segments of the population, especially among groups of "risk". And development cooperation, study and use international experience in prevention of trafficking, protection of the rights of persons who suffered, to search for missing persons abroad and their return and rehabilitation from 28 to 31 may 2017 in the area was a working group of the Czech Republic.
