by prosecutors of Transcarpathian region together with employees of Department of protection of the economy in the region Main Directorate of the National police was exposed when receiving 8 thousand UAH of illegal benefit neurologist neurological Department of Tyachiv district hospital (part 3 St. 368 criminal code of Ukraine). As previously established, a specified amount of bribes the health care provider demanded and received from a local resident in his office for hospitalization in the neurological Department of the district hospital and a reference for treatment in the Department with the statement for future reference in the medical-social expert Commission (msec) and continued on the basis of these documents, the degree of disability. Now the issue about the announcement of a doctor suspected of committing a criminal offense under part 3 St. 368 Criminal code of Ukraine – receipt of unlawful benefit by an official. However, checked the involvement of other health care workers of the institution by the Commission of the said offense.
