Chernigov: KP "Municipal police" renamed "Municipal guards"
the Executive Committee of the city Council agreed to change the name of the municipal enterprise "Municipal police" of Chernihiv city Council "Municipal guard". About the need to change the name reported on the meeting of the Executive Committee on 4 July, the head of KP "Municipal police" Vitaly Chruscicki. He explained that this issue is addressed now in Ukraine in accordance with the letter of the Ministry of interior to the heads of departments of UMVD of all regional centers. To avoid misunderstandings regarding the use of the name "police" in the letter it is proposed to amend the names of KP "Municipal police" by deleting the name "police". The same decision, the Executive Board approved the statutes of the CP Municipal guards" of the city Council in the new edition. Also in the Charter changes the address of the business.
