Chernivtsi student participated in International school on physics in Switzerland
the Winner of international and all-Ukrainian Olympiads on physics and astronomy, the listener Bukovina Small Academy of Sciences students, a student of Chernivtsi gymnasium ¹5 Arthur Kachur participated in the International school in physics for Ukrainian students on the basis of CERN in Switzerland (European organization for nuclear research, the world's largest laboratory of high energy physics). The school brought together the winners of the physics division of the current of the all-Ukrainian contest-defense pupils-members of the SAS who have demonstrated a high level of English proficiency. Participants listened to a lecture about particle physics and participated in the physical experiments. The implementation of the experiments was organized at two venues – at CERN, and the University of Geneva. Students also had the opportunity to communicate with Ukrainian scientists who work in scientific institutions of France, Switzerland, America, but they perform the experiments at CERN. The students learned from the countrymen, in which Ukrainian universities and what a degree is it worth it to apply for admission, learn about international internship programs, and how you can get applied rather than purely theoretical knowledge of physics, including in Ukraine.
