During the examination of the scene conducted by the police on 29 June 2017 in the garage room the attacker was found and seized packaged in p’five plastic bags of psychotropic substance-amphetamine, with a mass of about one gram each, two plastic bags with layers of amphetamine, as well as four plastic bags with contents of drug – cannabis – p’five grams each, and one paper parcel with cannabis weighing three grams, which a man illegally kept for the purpose of sale. Now it is declared suspicion in Commission of criminal offenses stipulated by parts 1 and 2 of article 307 of the criminal code. Prosecutors will seek the taking of a person into custody, challenging the court's decision on election to the malefactor the measure of restraint in form of house arrest.
