President Petro Poroshenko expects speedy implementation of the programme, which will allow parents to track the volume and expenditure of funds allocated by the state to provide additional services to persons with special educational needs in secondary schools. "I believe that the implementation of such programs by the Ministry of education and science of Ukraine now will completely avoid corruption when using this particular subsidy. Waiting for the speedy implementation of this program, because the delay is absolutely unacceptable," stressed the Head of state during a visit to secondary school No. 168 of the city of Kiev. The President announced that the program was created at the initiative of the Charity Fund Poroshenko in the framework of the Social program of Maryna Poroshenko "Inclusive education – the level of consciousness of the nation."
