Open architectural contest on the best sketch offer images of bas-reliefs is removed from two stelae in the composition of the monument of history of local value – the Memorial complex of glory of soldiers, partisans and underground fighters and the tomb of the unknown soldier (on the Boldina heights mount) is recognized as such that did not take place. This decision was made by the competition jury at its meeting in Chernihiv city Council. The jury motivated its decision by the fact that participation in the contest was filed only two sentences. However, in accordance with the regulations, the competition is considered valid if it is filed no less than three preliminary proposals. The decision to re-open competition for the best sketch offer images of bas-reliefs is removed from two stelae in the composition of the monument of history of local value – the Memorial complex of glory of soldiers, partisans and underground fighters and the tomb of the unknown soldier was taken by the Executive Committee of the city Council April 6, 2017.
