For procedural guidance Beregovskoy the local Prosecutor's office remanded in custody for 60 days against a citizen of the Federal Republic of Germany, a suspect in the Commission of an unfinished attempt at an illegal transportation of persons through the state border of Ukraine from mercenary promptings ( part 3 of article 15, part 3 St. 332 criminal code of Ukraine) As reported by the acting’ties of the head Beregovskoy the local Prosecutor's office Yuri We’how, found that 28-year-old German citizen in early July, 2017, while in one of the villages of Beregovo district, which is located in the border area with Hungary, tried to illegally transfer across the state border of Ukraine (out of control – checkpoint) two Indian nationals to the EU for a reward. However, to bring the idea to the end, they prevented the attire of the border service Department of the air force “Goronga” of Mukachevo border detachment, which they were detained. Now pre-judicial investigation in criminal proceedings continues. The citizen of Germany reported about suspicion in Commission of the above criminal offences. The Prosecutor noted that the specified criminal offense is classified as serious crimes, responsibility for which is provided in the form of imprisonment for the term from seven up to dev's to five years with confiscation of property.
