In Volyn police convicted of the offence of corruption
Lutsk city district court of Volyn region to responsibility for administrative offences, floor’connected with the corruption involved a former employee of the Lutsk city police Department of the Main Directorate of the National police in the area. Employees of Department of protection of the economy in the Volyn region Department of protection of economy of the National police of Ukraine prepared a Protocol on the violation of financial control requirements (administrative offense under part 1 of article 172-6 of the code of Ukraine on administrative offences). The policeman was dismissed from work without valid reasons for untimely submitted Declaration of the person authorized to perform state functions or local government. The court found him guilty of committing an offense and sentenced to a fine in the amount of 50 untaxed minimum incomes of citizens (850 grn.).
