In Kremenets the nationwide competitions in Luge at sankaraiah
63 athletes from Ternopil and Lviv regions became the participants of all-Ukrainian competitions in Luge at sankaraiah among boys and girls. This event is for two days continued in Kremenets on the toboggan run sports training base "ear". The region was represented by kemenani – pupils of the SHREW "TODOSS of winter sports" which were prepared by the coaches S. Kravchuk, A. Malesic, N. Kazmiruk, and A. Charge. The results of our fellow countrymen: among athletes of 2002-2003 year of birth Julian Tonicka took first place in sledges among girls and crew: Nazar Kravchuk, Konstantin Gorin, Julian Tonicka and Natalia Petrenko, won the team race (relay). Among the participants of the 2004-2005 birth Bogdan Babur won the second place among young men in sledges, and Natalia, Petrenko and Victoria Koval has shared 1-2 places among girls. Also in this age group crew: Bogdan Trembly, Bogdan Kagura, Victoria Smith and Elizabeth Ishchuk has won the silver medal. Among athletes born in 2006-2007 sledges youth Maxim Panchuk won the first place, and Alexander Lomakovich - third. Also the bronze prize-winner in this age group Darya Fedorchuk among girls. The organizers of the event were the Ministry of youth and sport of Ukraine, Federation sannogo sports of Ukraine and the Department of physical culture and sport of Ternopil regional state administration.
