In the course of development of land lease contracts concluded in the territory of the Zdolbuniv district, Zdolbunivskiy local Prosecutor's office established that in June of 2016 ended the lease contract of the land plot of water Fund area of 3.22 ha, concluded between Zdolbunivsky district state administration and the farm. However, after the expiration of the lease, tenant has not undertaken any measures for the resumption of the relevant contract or the refund of the disputed land the property of the state. As a result of illegal actions of the farm, the authorities are deprived of the opportunity to pass it to other persons for use, resulting in disturbed economic interests of the state and the interests of local territorial communities, as rents for land not received. In this regard, Zdolbunivskiy local Prosecutor's office sent to the Economic court of Rivne region petition obliging the tenant to return to the lands of state ownership of land water Fund area of 3.22 ha.
