The Prosecutor's office of Volyn region jointly with the Department of defense of Economics in the Department of protection of economy of the National police of Ukraine in the investigation of facts of illegal importation into the customs territory of Ukraine of vehicles exposed an organized criminal group whose members over the years 2016-2017, using specially created fictitious company, for corrupt promotion of certain officers of customs, illegally, through fake documents, including international standard, imported into Ukraine more than 100 vehicles of Euro-4 standard, which, in accordance with customs and other national legislation, were not subject to imports. After import, the attackers organized the customs clearance of these vehicles on the basis of forged documents on the Euro-5 standard, and their subsequent state registration with the purpose of sale to third parties and, as a consequence, the taking money of victims in especially large sizes. Currently, court-sanctioned searches, in which the already found documents with signs of forgery, the seals, the comp'computer and other equipment, that is weapons and instrumentalities of crime.
