It is reported by the Ministry of education and science of Ukraine. So, from July 15, 2017, applicants can submit the application and documents in paper form, if in the presence of a representative of the admissions Committee of the UNIVERSITY will be checked by the impossibility of creating an electronic office. According to the results of the working day the selection Committee of the University should send to SE "Inforesurs" table of the established sample with the data of applicants. The decision was taken primarily to ensure that the statements had to file those applicants who already have to pass creative contests. Because of the introduction of new software with enhanced identification requirements applicants now there are individual cases of refusal of registration of electronic offices associated with discrepancies in the registration data. The possibility of filing paper statements only applies to those applicants who through certain nespithe in the system can't register you for electronic classrooms.
