It is reported by the Ministry of education and science of Ukraine. So, from July 15, 2017, applicants can submit the application and documents in paper form, if in the presence of a representative of the admissions Committee of the UNIVERSITY will be checked by the impossibility of creating an electronic office. The possibility of filing paper statements only applies to those applicants who through certain nespithe in the system can't register you for electronic classrooms.
