The man was warned in the manner prescribed by law about the duties’communications not to disclose data of preliminary investigation, but could not resist – and the General public from the posted on the social network procedural document learned information, which is not subject to disclosure. Later, lucanin admitted his guilt in committing a criminal offense under part 1 of article 387 of the criminal code (disclosure of pre-trial investigation), sincere repentance and actively contributed to solving the crime. Between him and the Prosecutor of the Lutsk local Prosecutor's office signed an agreement on recognition of guilt. Lutsk city district court, in approving the agreement, has appointed to the man punishment in the form of a fine.
