In Volyn region repeatedly convicted for acquisitive crimes of theft auto taken into custody

Day 14 July 2017 the drunk attacker decided to illegally seize the car brand “VAZ-21043”, recklessly abandoned by the owner in a field near the village of Affectionate Vladimir-Volyn region. Through an unlocked door, he entered the vehicle, started the engine and drove towards the village Verhni Ivanchenkova district. The next day, thanks to the coordinated actions of law enforcement officers, the man was detained. He was informed about the alleged illegal acquisition of a vehicle (criminal offense under part 2 St. 289 criminal code of Ukraine). At the request of the investigator agreed with the Prosecutor, Volodymyr-Volyns'kyi city court was elected to the malefactor the measure of restraint in form of detention for a period of 60 days.
