Chernigov: Dismantling of illegally installed metal garages in the city have already started
In Chernihiv began the process of dismantling of temporary (metal) illegally installed garages. According to the act the Board's inventory in the city is 786 metal garages without obtaining the appropriate permits and 243 objects is established on the basis of permits, however, there is a need for checking the validity of these documents. It is now 11 garage owners advised that they need to provide permits. This was reported in KP "Municipal guard" of the city Council, which in our city monitors the condition of improvement, ensure cleanliness, order, maintenance and cleaning of streets, yard areas, parks and the observance of silence in public places. As previously reported, at a plenary meeting of the 21st session of the Chernihiv city Council deputies approved the Order of temporary dismantling (metal) garages in the city, which provides a mechanism, the grounds, terms and procedure of dismantling the garages, which are placed, with the further treatment of the dismantled objects, as well as reimbursement for costs associated with their removal. In identifying the garage that is installed with violations, KP "Municipal guard" city Council is the relevant act. The garage will host an informational message (sticker) for the owner, which indicated the sequence number and duration (two weeks) during which you must present to the utility company and to grant permits for the placement of an appropriate garage. In case of absence of a person within a specified period and submission of permits, certificate and all materials are provided to the Commission, which gives permission for the dismantling of the garage. After that, illegally installed garage is attached another sticker with a message that the garage will be disassembled. In addition, the owner is given a month to find documents or disassemble the garage independently at their own expense. If dismantling will be carried out at the expense of the city budget, found in the garage of the vehicle will be moved to the temporary storage site. His return will be effected at the written request of the owner provided compensation for their costs associated with transporting and storing such a vehicle. The results of the garage and property that was in him will be after compensation from the person of the expenses of the authorized body on carrying out of dismantling and providing them with all documents. Garage, the owner of which is either not installed or which have not declared their rights to it, is a great find. Reference. The garage will be disassembled in the following cases: - the absence of a decision of the Executive Committee of the Chernihiv city Council, the district in the city of Chernihiv councils or their Executive committees on the granting of permits for the installation of the garage; - discrepancy established garage permits; - detection of abandoned garage; - the absence of documents confirming the right of use (ownership) of the land plot under the installed garage; - the use of a temporary garage owner (the user) for commercial activities; - in other cases stipulated by the current legislation of Ukraine.
