21 Jul 2017 Grand opening of the office of Ternopil regional Centre of development of local self-government", created with the support of "U-LEAD Europe" and regional development. This is the last of 23 such offices that operate outside of Kiev in all regions of Ukraine. Institution "Center of development of local self-government (CRMS) is a non – governmental non-profit organisation which aims to promote capacity-building of authorities and local self-government at the Central, regional and local levels. Part in the official opening of the regional center will be the Chairman of the Ternopil regional state administration Stepan Barna, Chairman of the Ternopil regional Council Victor Ovcharuk, Director of the Program "U-LEAD Europe" from GIZ Alexander Felner, the representative of the EU delegation to Ukraine Dominik Papenheim, the representatives of Ternopil region, associations, and affiliate programs.
