the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine expects that the package of draft laws on health, education and pension reforms will be finally passed in Parliament in September, and this will give the opportunity to adjust the project budget for 2018 and run change processes as quickly as possible. This was stated by Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman during the forum "Decentralization is the basis of formation of effective system of management and local development" in Ternopil. "It is important to accept reform in September, to launch them into action with the new year, to adjust the budget by 2018 and move forward," - said the Head of Government. He thanked the parliamentarians for adoption of bills in the first reading and promised to study the documents for a second reading with maximum consideration of amendments, of which there are more than 1.5 thousand to the bill about education and about 800 to the bill on health reform. "Equally important is pension reform. This is not the first system reform, which will enable the deformed system to make slender and balanced. As soon as the decision is taken, in September, we will be able to increase pensions to 9 million pensioners. And people who have worked all their lives and now live on the minimum pension", - said Vladimir Groisman. He stressed that the reforms needed in Ukraine as the air, as the scale of financial and managerial imbalances that led to heavy debt burden and the actual destruction of the same pension system, which is subsidized by half. "Plus 5% of GDP, we are forced to spend on security and defense. I have to increase these costs. And this is another challenge, - said the Prime Minister. – Therefore, reforms are necessary, as air."
