In criminal proceedings carried out Prime investigative (search) and procedural actions aimed at about’objectively establishing the circumstances of the criminal offense, including a number of inspections and searches, questioned the applicants and witnesses. Now the question on notice to the person about suspicion in Commission of the criminal offense under part 3 St. 368 criminal code of Ukraine, and the recent election of a preventive measure. For the committed criminal offense provided for punishment by deprivation of liberty for a term of n’five to ten years with deprivation of the right to occupy certain positions or engage in certain activities for a term up to three years, with confiscation of property.
