As reported in Beregovskoy the local Prosecutor's office, according to the principled position of the Prosecutor to the real punishment sentenced the former Manager of the Bank for assignment, waste of property or taking to them by abuse of official position and official forgery (article 191 and 366 criminal code of Ukraine). In particular, Beregovskiy district court to 5 years imprisonment with deprivation of the right to hold office, floor’connected with the financial activities for a period of 2 years sentenced the former head of a Bank. The investigation and in court, the Prosecutor proved that the former Governor of the Bank, being the official and responsible person, illegally seized from the Bank cash money funds on a total amount of nearly 232 thousand UAH. He did it, abusing official position and trust of the inhabitants of Beregovo and Beregovo district, urging the latter to terminate the preliminary contract and making a new dummy. Now, the guilt of the defendant is proved and the principled position of the Prosecutor, the court assigned a fair punishment.
