Participation in the workshop was attended by representatives of the structural subdivisions and members of the city Council, community activists, military officers, parents of the dead soldiers ATO. Commenting on the preparatory work for the writing of technical specifications for tendering, the head of the Department of architecture and urban planning of the city Council Sergei Kalyuzhny said, "This area is open for discussion and expressing thoughts and comments. We listen to everyone. On the basis of submitted proposals will form a single concept, art style and execution is the business of experts".
