In Zhytomyr region the doctors talked to the Deputy Minister Alexander Linchevski on the reform of medicine
In Zhytomyr chief physicians of medical institutions of the city and region communicated with the Deputy Minister of health of Ukraine Alexander Linchevski on the topic of reforming the field of medicine. The meeting was held on July 21 at the Institute of nursing. "The Ministry no longer employs top specialists. These posts are cancelled. Replacing them, a group of experts from different branches of medicine, to whose opinion he listens medical community, whose opinion takes into account the Ministry for decision-making. The number of groups and their membership will change", – said Alexander Lynch. Also Alexander Lynch added that "we want to get away from the tariff wage," and the funding of hospitals will be carried out for individual services and not per bed-day.
